    1. Dehydration can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor nutrition and lack of fluid intake.
    2. A list of foods and beverages to consume or drink when your gut is unwell (such as diarrhea)
    3. Choosing what to eat or drink while you’re feeling nauseated (or have a stomachache)

    What to eat when you’re dehydrated

    • While ill and not feeling well, you may find that you have no appetite or that you are unable to keep anything down for an extended period of time. However, if you do not consume any food or drink, dehydration can swiftly set in. ″When we’re unwell and don’t feel well, dehydration is frequently a contributing factor,″ says Dunn. ″It’s possible that you’re vomiting up or needing to go to the restroom every five minutes,″ says the doctor. ″Alternatively, you may be feeling sick to your stomach and have no desire to eat.″ Dehydration, on the other hand, is one of the most common causes for patients to visit the emergency department when they are unwell.
